After spending years buying, selling and redoing my own homes as well as over 10 years in the Coldwell Banker Beverly Hills office representing buyers and sellers from Hancock Park to Santa Monica and Toluca Lake to Calabasas I have a great understanding of how to get the best house at the best price or get my sellers the best price for their biggest asset. The art of deal making as well as the professional relationships I have developed have helped me help my clients get exactly what they want. I don't stop working until the job is done to everyone's satisfaction.

I represent Buyers and Sellers all over Los Angeles. When I list a house I go into full swing marketing, professionally shot videos to be shown on You Tube, professional photography and websites, Brokers opens, Sunday opens. Ads in MLS Caravan, L.A. times ads. I also do personal showings, I do not install lockboxes or have assistants show your property. When I meet a new buyer I believe in door to door service. I like to get buyers into my car so that we can get to know each other, in particular I like to get a feel for what someone is like and what they really want in a home. It is easier for me to find something that will fit them exactly, the more I know someone and their needs. I have been lucky to have made lasting friends with most of my clients.
