I have been a Real Estate Professional for over twenty years, and I love meeting new people and helping them with the process of selling and or buying a new home. It can be very stressful and I understand this when working with my clients. I believe knowledge will make a happier client and remove some of the fear associated with the process, this is why I like to educate my clients, to be transparent. There are a lot of good agents out there and we all work differently so its important to work with someone you feel comfortable with. I feel fortunate to be able to consult people, give them good solid advise that comes from years of being in my industry. My goal is to create win win situations, I work hard for clients interests.

I am a full service Realtor, I help my clients identify the best properties for them. I negotiate the contracts to get my clients the best prices and terms, facilitate inspections negotiate any repairs or credits, get them to a successful closing!
