Throughout his career, Rafael has done extensive work in residential sales representing both buyers and sellers including REO (Real Estate Owned) properties. Rafael has sold over $500,000,000 in residential real estate. Prior Life; former gunnery sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, Los Angeles police officer, and reserve police officer.
